Shipping and Returns

We ship out orders between 1-3 business days from when your order is placed! Please let us know if you need to expedite your order and we can look into that for you.

In order to adjust with the Covid-19 restrictions, our team is only in the office during specific times for shipments and deliveries. If picking up is the only option for you, please reach out to your account manager and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns unless a product arrives damaged or broken. If that’s the case, please contact us and we would be happy to assist!

Our salt soaks, oils, and mists are our most popular items! They make fantastic gifts, and look amazing on shelves - especially when you have the entire selection of scents.

All of our self-care products are made in house at our studio in Vancouver, BC.

Yes! We love animals and do not use animal byproducts or ingredients that have been tested on animals in any of our products.

Our products only contain 100% organic or all natural ingredients. However, please consult your doctor when you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using products containing essential oils. 

Wholesale Orders

Great question! Our minimum order value (MOV) is $250.

Nope! You can easily place an order without an account, but creating your own account can be beneficial if you would like to refer to your order history one day down the road.

Sorry,  we do not offer consignment. However, we try to keep our MOV low and offer combination packs so that our products are accessible to businesses of all sizes.

Sorry, we do not offer dropshipping, all orders go through our wholesale website and then we ship them to our stockists directly.

Sorry, at this time we do not do label customizations or white labelling.

Yes! We love seeing our stockists expand their reach online. Keep in mind, we do not allow you to list our products on third party sites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay etc.

Yes! We are happy to offer additional discounts on quantities over 250 units. Please reach out to us and we can provide you with more information.

Our sales team does their best to monitor our stockists’ proximity to each other. However, we do have a nationwide distributor, and we don’t have full control over which stores they sell to. That means we are unable to promise exclusivity regarding location.
